These days I have received an interesting letter from e-nnovation organizers. Most important is that you have a chance to win 10.000 euro if you submit your idea.
Specialists from several countries are going to meet at e-nnovation – e-commerce in Central Europe conference which will take place in Poland on 23rd – 24th September 2010. Well-known businessmen, bloggers, and managers from Europe and around the world are going to attend the conference.
e-nnovation is the largest gathering of Internet business specialists in Central and Eastern Europe.
The participants will have a chance to talk to such people as José A. del Moral, who is a co-founder of Ya.com, a Spanish company sold to Deutsche Telekom four € 540 million, Guilherme Komel, product manager responsible for the biggest tourist portal in Brazil and the largest website, gathering content created by users in Portuguese, (more than 250 thousand blogs ), will also be a guest of the conference. There will be other leading figures of e-business at the conference, well-known bloggers and businessmen, including those from Italy, Germany, Greece, the Czech Republic and many other countries, as confirmations from new guests keep arriving.
The meeting is adderessed to people involved in e-commerce, representatives of the sector from Central and Eastern Europe, Internet shop owners, management staff, and bloggers and freelancers interested in the issue. Also people employed in sectors supporting Internet commerce, including marketing and sales specialists, Public Relations and customer care specialists, as well as IT employees delivering technologies necessary to run Internet shops will gain some interesting insights there.
The competition under the heading "Start with e-innovation" for the best idea for a start-up will accompany the conference. Its author or authors will be granted €10,000 for the development of the project, and provided assistance in its implementation and promotion. The competition is addressed to people who have an idea for electronic business: an innovative service, Internet company, new functionality, in other words everything that could revolutionise the Internet. Innovators from Central and Eastern Europe can take part in the competition. In order to submit the idea it is enough to send in the description of the project and its short presentation by 16 August 2010. Among all submitted ideas, international jury will select five finalists by 30 August, whose ideas have the biggest potential.
